2. About Scruff Co™
Scruff Co™ is a brand operated by Reni Brands Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed upon registration). Our products are premium pet grooming and wellness formulations for topical use on animals only. Our products are not therapeutic goods and are not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
3. Product Use and Disclaimer
All Scruff Co™ products are formulated for external, topical use on pets only. They are cosmetic grooming products, not veterinary medicines. We make no therapeutic claims about our products.
If your pet has a skin condition, allergy, or health concern, consult a registered veterinarian before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use on animals with known sensitivities.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Waitlist and Pre-Launch
Joining the Scruff Co™ waitlist does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of product availability. Waitlist members will be notified when products become available for purchase. Launch pricing offered to waitlist members is subject to change and availability.
7. Wholesale and Trade Accounts
Trade account applications are subject to approval. Approved trade pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms will be communicated upon account approval. We reserve the right to decline trade applications or terminate trade accounts at our discretion.
8. Website Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website. However, product formulations, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We are not liable for errors or omissions on this website.
9. Limitation of Liability
