Dispatch Times
All Scruff Co™ orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Epping, VIC, Australia. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75.00 AUD. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
International Shipping
At this stage, Scruff Co™ ships within Australia only. International shipping is on our roadmap. If you are based outside Australia and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please join our waitlist and select your preference.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a collection point, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
